   Neon glass signs are curved into shape and full of gas by neon tubes. When the electrode in the tube is in the electric shock, the electrons flow through the gas to make the atoms light. The type of gas in the tube determines the color of the lamp.

   In a transparent glass tube, a steel argon and neon light, produce red. To create a birthing design, we can use a glass tube coated with phosphor to turn two basic colors into more than 80 different colors. For example, the blue light argon in the yellow tube gives out green light.

  In order to shape pipes, we use glass blowing technology. After drawing a pattern on a FireBoard, we mark the pipe in a place where it needs to be bent. Then, we heat each point on a device called a banded burner, which has a propane flame at 650'C. In about 30 seconds, the glass becomes soft enough to soften. We gently bend the test tube and blow the air into the end of the end to restore the original diameter. Every time we bend, we check the shape according to the pattern.

   After forming, we cut off the excess and remove the excess residue from the inside of the tube. The next step is to fuse the glass tube neon electrode with the propane flashlight and the flexible latex blowpipe together. We seal the glass around one electrode and open the other. Then using the cross ignition burner, we create a tube, which is only a bubble that can be used as a channel to the open electrode. Then we fused the tubes to the open electrodes. We are now adding a drop of mercury to the tube to brighten the color of the argon gas. Without mercury, argon will not be so bright. Neon (neon red) without mercury.

   Using the so-called end flare, we fuse the open end of the pipe with the long glass tube, leading to the pumping system. We connect the electrodes to the system and start. The pump vacuumed the air in the neon lamp and injected it into the gas. The current makes the atoms in the gas light. In order to capture the gas in the tube, we use a cross ignition burner to remove the tube and seal the open electrode to ensure that the drop of mercury falls first into the electrode.

   The next step is to immerse the back of the neon light in black paint, which will help the lettering and design stand out. We use the brush to smear the coating evenly and remove the excess. Then we lit the sign under high pressure for about 30 minutes. This will dry the paint, but most importantly, it converts liquid mercury into steam, which will spread through the neon sign.

   Using a transparent clip, we install the logo on the black or transparent plexiglass backing. Finally, we connect the prominent electrode lines to the neon transformer. The neon transformer converts the standard 110 volt current from the ordinary wall socket to the high voltage current required for the neon power supply (3K to 15K volts).
